ChiGivesBack partnered with Soho House Chicago and Paint the City for the fourth annual Juneteenth live art showcase. This event features 10 local Chicago artists who create a piece of work inspired by Juneteenth, live! Each artist received a blank canvas and completed their work of art in 60 to 90 minutes live at Soho House Chicago’s beautiful music room. Each guest was encouraged to walk through, watch, and interact with each artist while they created their Juneteenth-inspired art. Proceeds from this event support ChiGivesBack’s Random Acts of Kindness Initiative! To date, RAKs has provided over $50,000 in microgrants and rapid relief to Chicagoans in need.
